Wow, where do I begin?
I haven't seen the old Batman movies from the 80's, nor have I seen Superman II - Superman IV. I haven't seen Wonder Woman, but I want too. Mom really, really wants to but she slipped a disc in her back and now she can't walk, and I think it would be rude to see a flick she's wanted to see her whole life before her. I'll be grading them by 1/2 - 5 stars.
Batman (1966)
Batman is a very campy and funny film with bad special effects and props. It is also one of the most classic Batmans ever. I actually really liked it (although the shark scene looked so fake). I love the Batusi (mostly to make fun of it) and I really like how they weren't trying to make it so serious (Why so serious? That was a Joker reference, for all those who didn't know)
Batman Trilogy (2005-2012)
These were great movies, and in my opinion, the best Batman series yet. (4 3/4 stars)
Batman Begins:
This was a great movie, lots of intense action, a unmemorable villain (Sorry, Ras Al Ghul)
I liked the way they portrayed Batman, not making it too light (1969), or just plain dark (the 1980's)
The movie really made how he was driven by justice to criminals, and why. (4 stars)
The Dark Knight
Where do I begin? This was, in my opinion, the best one of the series. I loved it. Yes, the Joker actor died again, but it was for a noble cause (William Shatner: only living Joker?) The Joker was portrayed really well by Heath Ledger, and the movie really followed how psychotic he is.
Biggest complaint: Two-Face. They should have left this guy for B3, and not made B2 take, like, another hour longer. (5 stars)
Dark Knight Rises:
This was also a great movie, but I couldn't understand anything Bane said. "You think the Internet will keep you safe? I was raised by it" 4 1/2 stars
Superman
Christopher Reeves portrayed possibly the best Superman to screens yet. This movie really set the Superman driven by truth, with a huge moral compass and a certain type of responsibility that made the character feel REAL.
Superman Returns
This was also great, but Lois Lane was just was too young.
I liked that Brandon Routh was totally uncrushed by the expectations of everyone because of Christopher Reeves portrayal of Superman. I really liked the Lex Luthor they got for this movie, cause he totally looks like him, and sounds like him, and glares like him. It was an incredible movie, and I highly recommend it. (4 1/2 stars)
DC Extended Universe: a so far kind of good, middling film series (but with an awesome Wonder Woman movie) (3 stars)
Man of Steel
HATED IT. Totally ruined Superman (made him angst-ridden, and just like a crazed hobo who feels no sense of direction and feels bad about saving people). 1/2 of 5 stars
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
I really liked this one, and it was marginally better than Man of Steel. They got Lois right, they got the cameos down hard, Wonder Woman was awesome, they had a memorable villain, unexpected deaths, a cool looking Batman, and a good Lex Luthor.
Ben Affleck really got down the Batman that hates Superman, and really looks awesome.
Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, was, in my opinion, a good move. First of all, I like people with hair. Second, of all, he really got the "genius" down, but maybe not the hardened genius that doesn't look like the Flash.
I find it kind of funny that in Now You See Me 2, he's still growing his hair back. (4 stars)
Suicide Squad
Suicide Squad is a really cool movie about a ragtag group of anti-heroes that go on a quest to save the world. It was really funny (but too many swear words) and was also a really cool mix of CGI and acting. I think that tweens and up will like it. (3 1/2 stars)
So ultimately, the DC films are just so cool and exciting, and most of them aren't half bad.
