Alright! Today I'll be doing what I think will be happening in the MCU for the next couple of years (Keep in mind, they haven't released anything officially other than Far From Home).
May 1st, 2020 - Black Panther 2
This one will probably be the sequel to Black Panther. Why wouldn't they make a sequel? The movie was a juggernaut - critically acclaimed, box office behemoth, and very cool.
July 31st, 2020 - Guardians Vol. 3
Guardians Vol. 3's future has been pretty shaky. Not sure what'll happen, or who'll direct (Hopefully James Gunn, but probably not), but I still expect it to be released in 2020. It would also probably tease Galactus.
November 6, 2020 - Black Widow
I think that a Black Widow film would come next. It would be 10 years after Scarlet Johansson's first portrayal of the character, and maybe the last. And hopefully it's not a prequel.
February 12, 2021 - Ant-Man and the Wasp 3
Marvel works in trilogies. Recently, they've been doing two sequels a year and one original film. And most often, the movies are 2-3 years apart. I think that Ant-Man and the Wasp 3 has a good chance of being released in 2021.
May 7, 2021 - Fantastic Four
After Disney buys Fox, the MCU will want to add characters, like the Fantastic Four. I think the MCU can pull off a good Fantastic Four movie that doesn't suck. This would also set up the Phase 4 villain for the MCU, Galactus. Also, Spider-Man would appear.
November 5, 2021 - Spider-Man 3
Spider-Man: Homecoming was a success. Spider-Man: Far From Home looks good too. So, since these Spider-Man films have been releasing two years apart, this would conclude the MCU Spider-Man trilogy.
February 18, 2022 - Captain Marvel 2
Depending on if Captain Marvel is a success, it'll probably get a sequel - 3 years later. If it's anything like Black Panther, it'll work. If it's a flop, the first MCU film to be a flop, then I'd say that there'll be no sequels.
May 6, 2022 - Avengers 5
We would now have an Avengers 5 film. The Avengers is one of the most successful movie series ever, raking in $4 billion in just 3 movies. That's incredible. So why would they stop making Avengers movies? Galactus is still a threat.
July 29, 2022 - Eternals
This one's a bit iffy. The Eternals project has a director, but it's also a bit weird. Of course, so was Guardians when it was announced. Still, Marvel can do whatever and people will see it. They haven't had a movie gross less than $400 million (More than most movies make) since Captain America: The First Avenger in 2011. And that was boring exposition stuff.
Other potential projects include Thor 4, X-Men, and Deadpool, Black Panther 3, and Captain Marvel 3.
