Avengers: Endgame: Where Every Character Is At This Moment

Alright! This is the last post before Avengers: Endgames hits theaters and leaves me an emotional wreck, so here's a complete character guide of every (Alive) character in Avengers: Endgame.

Starting off with Iron Man, Tony Stark was last seen on Titan, Thanos' homeworld, clutching himself after Peter Parker's death. In the trailers, Tony Stark is seen dying on the Benatar and later with the Avengers. This suggests that he gets out of the Benatar, most likely with the help of Captain Marvel.



Next up is Captain America, last seen mourning the death of Bucky Barnes. In the promotional material, it is seen that he has shaved his beard from Infinity War.


Black Widow, last seen asking "What do we do now?," she seems to change her hair several times in Avengers: Endgame. She will most likely not die, as she is set to return for the Black Widow movie in 2020.

Thor, last seen mourning the loss of his friends, seems relatively unchanged. Actually, take that back. He seems a bit grumpier, completely understandable.


Hulk/Bruce Banner was last seen inside the Hulkbuster, looking sad. It is rumored that he may appear as Professor Hulk in the film.

Hawkeye was not in Infinity War, but basically, his family died and now he likes swords as Ronin.

War Machine did not have the largest role in Infinity War, but now that most of the supers are dead, I bet he gets a bigger role. Also, the LEGO sets had him in a War Machine Hulkbuster, so I really hope that's in the film.



Ant-Man was not in Infinity War, but he was in Ant-Man and the Wasp. He was last seen trapped inside the Quantum Realm, and in the promotional materials, he is seen out of the Quantum Realm, so he escapes.

Captain Marvel, last seen in Captain Marvel, is seen in the film, probably as the same stoic and somewhat boring character we met in March.

Nebula was last seen on Titan with Tony Stark. So basically the same thing as Tony, rescued by probably Captain Marvel.

Rocket was last seen talking to Groot as he died, and then mourning with everyone else. It seems like he'll be teaming up with War Machine.


Thanos was last seen smiling. He runs a farm or something now. Quite peaceful, really.

Wong, Pepper Potts, Valkyrie, Okoye, Happy Hogan, Crossbones are all set to reprise the roles, but since they were either extremely minor characters in Infinity War or were not in it at all, most of them will probably have larger roles now.
