Alright! This list only deals with characters not already appearing in films and that currently do not have their own film planned.
Nova
Nova is the one of this list that actually plausibly get his own movie. They already introduced the Guardians (But they may actually have died), and the Nova Corps. That's two of the leading factors. Shoot, they could probably reform the Guardians with a new team, with Rocket, Nova, Groot (Who survived anyways), Qasar, and Adam Warlock (Who they teased in Vol. 2).
Nova's tale is actually pretty cinematic. He's Hispanic, he's epic, he's fun, he's a teen (Like Spidey), and he would be fun to watch.
She-Hulk
She-Hulk is an extremely popular character who isn't in any films. Why? She's a hard character. She-Hulk has a somewhat silly origin story, and Hulk hasn't made any reference to having a cousin. But she's so cool.
Hercules
In the Marvel comics, you have Norse gods, and you have Greek gods. We haven't seen any Greek gods yet, because
a) They're pushing it with Norse Gods
b) They're silly
c) DC had a huge success with Wonder Woman, who is Greek.
Hercules is Hercules. I've always wanted to see a live-action Hercules (The Rock film does not count).
Wonder Man
Wonder Man appeared in one frame, on a poster, in a deleted scene in Guardians Vol. 2. He was portrayed by Nathan Fillon. But I'm not counting that.
Squirrel Girl
Admittedly, Squirrel Girl is something of an Aquaman punchline in the Marvel Universe. She's a girl... with squirrel powers....wow. But at the same time, she's a very popular character and easy to rope into an MCU film.
Namor
Namor is one of the oldest Marvel heroes. He's like Aquaman, except not as well known or a punchline. He's actually kind of a stiff character. In the comics, I think he was married to Mantis. I don't know if that's correct. But in the Iron Man 2 post credit scene, Nick Fury and Tony are talking in front of a map with locations tying into movies - Wakanda, Norway, and, hey, one in the middle of the ocean! Could Namor already be in the MCU? (Dream Casting - Donnie Yen).
